Can you relate?

My mother committed murder. I was the reluctant accomplice.

A kitchen knife. A whistling kettle. A wailing victim. She got away with murder.

I stared at her, first in disbelief, then in shock, and finally, in anger.

“How could you?”

And she laughed – the nerve of her.

“What?” She questioned. “I own them all. I can do with them as I wish, afterall they’ve got no say.”

I looked at her incredulously… “You shouldn’t have done that. You shouldn’t have. Not after I’ve developed a cute likeness for that chicken. Now, I’m seriously considering turning vegan.”

In some ways, her words stuck with me. “I can do with them as I wish.

“I can do with them as I wish.

“I can do with them as I wish.

Leave me at a table with the Philippians please. I would love to have a meal with them at four o’eight.

I enjoyed the meal by the way. Here, I reserved you something: Commit that murder. Dead those thoughts. That negative mindset, it ain’t yours. Kill it.

Paul said “you are the guardian of your mind.” No more negativity, no more fear. Renew your thoughts and think positively. You are the guardian of your mind, you can do with your thoughts as you wish. So, employ your mind in thinking positively.

“Acquire the Bible language, speak the word of faith, and feed your nervous system with a vocabulary of constructive, progressive, productive and victorious words. Speak those words; keep repeating them, so that they will have control of your whole body.”

Dr. David Yonggi Cho: “The Fourth Dimension.”

The Bible says clearly that whatsoever controls the tongue, controls the whole body. What you speak, you are going to get. What you think, you are conditioned to do.

So, change your language. Switch up, and dance to a new tune that will leave your body bridled up for great things.

The Bible says that “whatsoever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever you release on Earth shall be released in heaven.”

Simply put, you can use your spoken word to change and create.

Thoughts are important. Be positive in your thinking, do not think negatively. There is nothing negative in God, for in God there is only the positive. Feed your mind with Scripture, for the Word of God is full of positive life.

Negative thoughts will happen no matter what you do. Even today I sometimes struggle with negative thoughts. But I found a way out, and I’m creating this habit where I actively hold up every negative thought to God’s word. The major recipe is by reading the Scripture.

Can you relate? What’s your thought?🥺

I am Oluwaferanmi

And you are loved by God.❤️

PS: I have a song recommendation for you.🤸 “Dearly loved” by Shaylee Simeone. It’s been on my heart stereo since Monday.🤍 “I am loved, dearly loved by a Father who won’t leave me…” Phewww, what perfect love!

PPS: I’m still considering turning vegan.🥺

Peace+God,

Stay blessed.🤍
